Forty drawings consisting of forty hand-drawn stripes each filled in with a unique color. I started this project soon after my birthday in July 2012 and continued working on the drawings every evening after coming home from the studio. Each drawing took an average of one week to complete. The quantity of forty has been particularly engaging for me this past year. TK
